That was the story that came out before Applegate rallied and said she was determined to open the production in New York. So, as of right now, I think its still up in the air who opens the show on Brodway.

The guy at the box office who sold me tickets said he has to tell everyone purchasing tickets that she's out, period.

Let's stop with the fantasy of her coming back prior to the opening.

Of course he has to say she's out period. What else is he supposed to say - "maybe she'll be in, maybe she won't. Buy your ticket now and return it later if she isn't back yet?"

Oh dear...anyone else tired of this? Its pretty much up in the air. Christina is determined to come back but who knows if she can. Either way I think both ladies are fabulous.
