Tried to order tickets, and received an error on Broadway.com's site stating "not tickets are available". Then received a charge for them on my card. Received the following email from Broadway.com:
Thank you for your interest in Broadway. During your recent order an error occurred and your ticket request was not processed. A voided charge may appear on your statement but will drop off as the requested show and seats have not been reserved. The voided charge may take a few days for US buyers and anywhere from 5 days to a few weeks for International buyers depending on your bank.
Anyone have this happen before? How long before I can expect a refund? So weird. Thanks.

Seriously, don't. The site is close to an actual scam. Count yourself lucky that it didn't go through! You will spend less going through the individual show's seller, usually Telecharge or Ticketmaster for Broadway. (And search for discounts too!)
The above posters are right, though, their service add on ridiculous fees. go right to the source.... ticketmaster or Telecharge .
No one here uses them for tix except for the time they had some reasonably-priced Hamilton tickets for a few days.

Exactly what I was going to say. They bought themselves some legitimacy with those tix, but otherwise they are just an overpriced outlet
