Hey I'm going to Broadway con an I'm not sure if everyone is wearing costumes ? Please help if you are and I also need some ideas thanks ??

People cosplay their favorite characters, some going to great lengths for custom creations, though there are cosplay contests at some other fan conventions (not BroadwayCon I think). That's it.

There is no "should," but they encourage it if people want to do it. I've been to several conventions including a couple huge ones and never dressed up because I prefer being the observer and not the observed when I'm doing my own thing.
