I actually sent a message to Daisy's myspace about 8 months ago. She said the only way she's coming back to NYC is to be a psychologist. That's what she's doing now.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Andrea McArdle were the first ones to come to mind.

Martha Plimpton spent her infancy backstage at the Biltmore while her mother was doing the original production of Hair, does that count?

Pia Zadora was 7 years old when she made her Broadway debut in 1961's MIDGIE PURVIS at the Martin Beck Theatre. She later joined the cast of FIDDLER ON THE ROOF (as a replacement Bielke). As an adult she was back on Broadway in the mid-90's as a replacement Irene Roth in CRAZY FOR YOU.
