Will it be televised at 7 PM on NBC in the NY area tomoorow night (Sept 20)? I can't find it listed.

I just received an answer to my email from the Times Square Alliance stating that Broadway on Broadway will not be televised this year, but I read on this board that it will be aired on NBC this Wednesday. Can someone clear this up?

I kept on looking at every source for Broadway on Broadway and they didn't say anything at all about the event being televised. Was anyone on this forum at the event? If so, could you tell me if you saw TV cameras around Times Square?

Most NYers from this forum were at the event. Go look at the hundreds of reviews.

And yes, there were tons of video cameras.

It will be televised locally in New York at 7PM on Sept 21 in an edited version. Hope you can see it then.

i got really sick on sunday and i'm pissed i missed it...so can someone please tell me the actual airing time?? i checked the guides and none of the have anything about it>>>

According to Newsday's TV PICKS, it will be on Wednesday night at 7 PM on NBC-4. If anyone's at all interested, I filmed the complete thing (please e-mail me privately at [e-mail] for details).

Speaking of mess-ups...the mics didn't work for the SPELLING BEE cast, and more than halfway through the number, they decided to stop and start over...CLASSIC!

Ok in my long island tv guide it clearly says Broadway on Broadway, 7:00 pm channel 4

I live in Long Island and it doesn't post Broadway on Broadway for tonight on io or in the newspaper....

I checked TIVO this morning and it thinks that "Extra" is on for 1/2 hour ay 7 pm. I told it to record, but I guess it will only record 1/2 hour!!!

Any new info?

I dont know where any of you see it listed. My Time Warner Cable guide clearly states 7pm "Extra" 7:30pm "the Insider"
And I live in NYC. In the past Broadway on Broadway has been a scheduled program like anything else. I dont think it's gonna be shown this year.

ugh. Raul looks painfully adorable in your pictures. He looks like he has no legs in mine!

I don't know what's going on with the TV -- whatever, I set my VCR anyway. We'll see.
