Herewegoabc, here's to those of us who actually buy tickets.  B'way direct has a generous refund/exchange policy.  They've made it easy, especially to get refund from tktmstr.

Herewegoabc, the following posted comment on this thread is BS posted by someone who apparently doesn't buy tkts:: "that seatgeek or telecharge have on their websites is irrelevant and one would not expect them to promise refunds since they would, in effect, be potentially on the hook, and that is something they NEVER do."

I recently received refunds from Telecharge via its "refund" button and from Seat Geek too. Tktmstr also had an automatic refund drop down menu which I used today. What the ticketing agents post on their website very much has legal significance.  If they reneg on refund/exchange, it's grounds for any number of legal actions including, but not limited to, a credit card dispute, easily accomplished.

The theater industry wants patrons back, especially those reluctant to commit. I'm sure the NY attorney general wouldn't be happy with producers and their ticketing agents committing fraudulent bait and switch acts. Schubert owns telecharge and has always been generous with exchanges and refunds, even pre-pandemic.
