If they film it and release it on DVD with all proceeds going to Hurricane relief I will buy it...just FYI The Powers That Be...

Now sad more than ever that I moved to Seattle...re: Broadway's Katrina Relief Benefit w/ Slew of Stars - September 25th
The key to the mystery of a great artist is that for reasons unknown, he will give away his energies and his life just to make sure that one note follows another... and leaves us with the feeling that something is right in the world. ~Leonard Bernstein~

Do a BWW search on "Songs You Don't Know" - it's another concert... thingy. Anthony's performing, so I think I'm gonna go. re: Broadway's Katrina Relief Benefit w/ Slew of Stars - September 25th I need to make up for all of the years that went by when I didn't see him on stage!

I'm so tempted to slap one on the AMEX. By the time I'm done with school I'm gonna be like $60,000 in debt...what the hell is another $100...

ahhhh...so tempted. Front Mezz row A seat 105...
Idina: Somehow I got myself to the stage, came out at the end of the show, and I had some kind of closure.
Some guy: You looked great!
Idina: Thanks...I WAS SO HIGH! 8/21/05

Whoosh! I'll be there! Just got my tickets. CC, Ride Side, Two from the aisle! I'll also be at the Flea Market. Yay!

Busy weekend though! I get home from a week in Florida the 24th, then Flea Market early in the morning and this at night. Then Monday the Alan Menken gig, and then Tuesday Miracle Brothers! Trying to squeeze in maybe All Shook Up, Hairspray or Dirt Rotten into that Sunday. I never end up staying through the entire Flea Market.
Well, I'm glad he got away with it.

Gonna be an insane day. Insane.

I'm going to the Flea Market early like I did last year, then running home in the mid-afternoon to get some stuff done, then I'm going to go back to the Flea Market toward the end; I heard there's good stuff at the very end, too. Then the benefit. meep. Row T orchestra, dead center. woo!

I don't know if it's necessarily *new* stuff, but maybe they bring prices down, or something. A friend of mine told me to check it out late in the day, even if I wanted to go early.

Okie Em, you're...3 rows behind me...then again we're both short, but I'm sure I can turn around and catch your expression during Raul re: Broadway's Katrina Relief Benefit w/ Slew of Stars - September 25th

Okie kiddies, good news. I didn't want to sit alone, so I bought 2 tickets, figured either family or someone would want to go. Don't think family wants to go, so who didn't buy a ticket yet that wants to sit w/ me in Row Q center orch for the $100? I have seats 113 and 114.

Edit: ticket taken. See everyone there!

I'll be in front mezz, row c, seats 102 and 103..don't know who i'm taking but i'll be there no matter what....and hopefully i'll get to meet up with some bww people at this.

saw the article about this event today when i signed on to playbill.com for my daily news fix and HAD to get tickets, it wasn't until after that i realized it's the same day as the flea market.

i can almost taste all of the mac and cheese i'll be living on for the next month or so.
