I'd recommend Wicked. It's really the best show I've seen! You should see it. There's excellent blocking and lighting and sets and the talent in that show is remarkable! It's definately worth seeing!

See a straight play. (As opposed to those homo musicals.) They probably won't amaze you as much, but still....they're still enjoyable.

If you are 13 I would suggest Hairspray!
Gem of the Ocean is wonderful but not for a 13 year old.
Hairspray is wonderful. I think at 13 you are old enough for Q but your parents might not agree.
Musicals: Hairspray
Wicked
Beauty and the Beast
Lion King
