Broadway: The American Musical

I am teaching a Musical Theatre Appreciation class at an academic enrichment program this summer and plan to use the Broadway: The American Musical DVD set extensively. When the program first aired, I know there was a teaching guide available free to secondary school teachers (http://www.pbs.org/wnet/broadway/teachers/lp3b.html). However, there are no longer any copies available, so I was wondering if anyone had a copy as it would be an invaluable resource for this class.

Sorry, I randomly searched... and just in case anybody hasn't seen it, it just started on PBS at 4:00 pm EST.
