Have to wonder if the show will just close when Sheilds' leaves. Unless they find another star to keep the show going through the dead of winter.

Does anyone know who is replacing Jackie Hoffman in September? I heard she was leaving.

I was thinking the same thing. It'll most likely close, upon her departure.

If they find another star the show will stay open. @jamiekennywicked I heard that Jackie Hoffman is leaving on September 29 and Zachary James is leaving on September 12. Also Adam Riegler is leaving on November 4. I dont think the show will close if they are getting new cast members :)

I'd be shocked if the show didn't close upon Shields' (and Reese's) departures.

I'm sure between now and the end of the year, they'll announce that it recouped.
