I think she looks beautiful. I've seen her in some other stuff on Broadway, and honestly, she isn't half bad.

hi there, i'm new here!

i saw Brooke shields when she was taping the show 'suddenly Susan' ! i saw it taped in L.A on my birthday a few years ago!

it was a cute funny show! she is tall i will tell u that and beautiful! i got to meet Cathy Griffen's parents they were sitting right in front of me and i talked to them and they said that was the daughter she was funny i had never seen cathy griffen before!

i also got to meet that Hunky spanish dude on Brooke's show and shook his hand! he was HOT! i got to see they guy from Breakfast club he was on the show to with Brooke shields! he is better looking in person he is Hot himself!

Brooke is a pretty good little actress she can do comedy quite well!

I'd like to see the show now. I wasn't too impressed with the cast recording though. Brooke looks fabulous!!!

I found nothing wrong with the recording. I was really impressed by Jennifer Westfeldt. I didn't know that she could sing that well.

it says she's just in period attire...i'm guessing that means thats not one of her costumes for the show (i'm also guessing she'll wear the same, or similar wigs as donna murphy did)

I was just going to say that G, she and Debbie Gibson ruined Cabaret. Looks, do not equal, talent. I can't imagine she'll nail the role.

Isn't she TOO glamorous for Ruth? Ruth is supposed to be a spinster, a bit of a brain, who has driven men away with her inept social skills. Brooke wouldn't drive anyone away, no matter how inept!!! I hope they tone her down SUBSTANTIALLY for the show itself.

Ruth doesn't have to be "plain". She drives men away because she is smarter than them, aggressive, doesn't take crap from anyone, doesn't play the "flirting" game like Eileen. She intimidates men. In Ms. Shields' case, her height will add to that. Remember all the "amazon" jokes on Suddenly Susan?

But lines in the show infer that she is not a beauty like her sister. So, she is going to have to come off as what men were not as attracted to in that day.

Well, of course she doesn't have to look like a plain old bag lady off the streets. She just needs to tone down on the glamour!
