The three big CRITICAL flops of the season. Maybe financially, don't know.
Anyway, I know this has been done in a sort of round-about way, but which one did you PREFER?
I think we all know my vote goes to Dracula.

You mean GV is better than BKLYN and Dracula, or worse?
The question is, which do you think is the best of the three.

All three were total financial failures to say nothing of artistic. Textbook examples of "How Not To Write a Musical". What were they thinking? How stupid were the investors to fall for these pitches?
The least objectionable? Good Vibes with all the lads running around without their shirts. Except that with all the money dropped they could have bought a tanning bed too.

When you get to be a certain age, you too can be bought by pretty faces and shirtless buff bodies in a complete artistic vacuum.
All of these are examples of pure dreck, but the question was which did you like the most or dislike the least or found the least difficult to sit through. None are any good at all. Still, give me pretty things to look at.

Dracula
Good Vibes
BKLYN
They all had kick ass casts. Dracula's material, while weak, was stronger than the other two. I had comps to Good Vibes, so thats the only reason why I enjoyed it. BKLYN was American Idol on stage. Not that there's anythign wrong with that. Well, there is. It's Broadway, not FOX.

Posted: 7/27/05 at 4:41pmI can't choose as I found them all to be dreadful but I suppose I would have to go with DRACULA if I had to.

thank you... Dracula was the one of the worst thing ive ever seen. You know you're doomed with Des comes out to make an appologetic speech before the show starts. I think it was possibly the worst thing I had ever seen- but then I saw The Blonde in the Thunderbird.

Posted: 7/27/05 at 5:45pmI really liked Brooklyn, I sadly didn't get a chance to see DRACULA, but I did hear the song "Life after Life" or something like that on Broadway on Broadway.

Posted: 7/27/05 at 5:53pmI Think Dracula has the most potential. However, I really like "once upon a time" from BKLYN. I think w/ a new person doing the lyrics, BKYLN could be 100% better because the music is actually pretty good and nice to listen too, but the lyrics sucks.
