LB is the only thing I can think of, too. But I didn't hear a lisp when she did it, unless it's a recent addition to the character. It was more of a high-pitched, cartoonish voice in St. Paul...

Parks, is the big night tonight???

yeah they never do barricades at fair park.
all the big stars usually leave asap after the show or really late.
