How bad is the mezz overhang in the Brooks Atkinson Theatre? I saw pics that the set of Spring Awakening goes up and I want to make sure if I get a good seat in the Orch, that it doesn't get cut off...

When I saw Spring Awakening, I was in the second to last row, aisle seat. The Mezz overhang doesnt obstruct anything from that far back so I think you should be fine. I think the only obstructions for this show would be found on the extreme sides of the orchestra.

Due to some odd circumstances, I ended up watching the show from SRO. Standing some of the higher captions were cut off, but if I crouched down I could see them all, so I would have to assume that seated in the last row, would have a fine view of anything higher up.
