Bully Bust - Wicked?

Sorry if a topic of this nature was already discussed, I quickly went through the Search tool haha

I am currently trying to set up a Gay/Straight Alliance at my school so I was doing some research and came across this...

Basically it's about WICKED teaming up with an organization called "Bully Bust" or some sort. I am very glad to see a Broadway show partnering with a great cause such as this...has any other show in the past done something similar?

First off, this is a great thing you are doing.

And I know a lot of Broadway shows and their company and cast members are involved in organizations like this one. A lot of shows does the "It Gets Better" videos which you can find on YouTube.

Haha, thanks, certainly trying. Doing this in a conservative town is kinda hard haha

I am aware of the "It Gets Better" videos. However, besides the BCEFA, is there any other organization that a large number of Broadway shows are part of?

good for you! (My HS has been active is G/S Alliance for years. But heck -- we're up in liberal MA!)

I would imagine it difficult to them to be a part of too many things as they don't want to 'water down' the effect of what they can do for BC/EFA. The actors and such only have so much time to donate for even those activities

Most of them do particpate in the b'way softball league. (But I know that's not what you were talking about)
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
