Posted: 9/27/06 at 9:37amI saw it some time ago--my bf's cousin plays Bush. It's hit and miss--some of the numbers are great--I recall a torch song that was a standout and the guy who directed and i think co-wrote is also quite good in parts and a super cutie. His Barbara Bush at Olive Garden was priceless. But it's not some life-changing evening in the theatre, no. And I'll probably catch hell from Rathy for saying this, but the women were way funnier than the men, which is rare.

On Sunday, there was this guy handing out flyers in front of the theatre dressed as Barbara Bush saying, "Come see my son Georgy"...
HYSTERICAL. Hope to see it soon.

Posted: 9/27/06 at 10:11amIt's been running for a while--we saw it down in Tribeca and then it moved to the Rattlestick and now it's in the Actor's Playhouse, so I guess they have been pretty successful.

Spoiler of my favorite moment in the show:
A monkey/gorilla/original primate dancing "Cha-Cha" with WSS choreography with Eve.
