"Busker Alley" (with Jim Dale) still heading for Broadway?

Close to a year ago this show was being highly touted for Broadway sometime during the now-current season.
In recent months however, I've heard little about the project.
Anyone know if the show has been fully capitalized, or if a theater has been booked, or if auditions have been scheduled?
IOW: Anything?
Just curious.
