Has anyone actually purchased tickets from the broadwaybox.com marketplace?
I am looking at Hamilton and thought they might be more trustworthy than stub hub (?). (Website states: Tickets listed below are available from a reliable secondary ticket market by certified brokers. So, we are supposed to feel warm and fuzzy about buying there, I guess)
However, it has you select a set of tickets with the actual row and seat location but at the top of the page it says:
Exact seat locations are not guaranteed, but seats will be placed together unless otherwise noted.
What's up with that?

StubHub is nice because is usually guarantees you which row and section you will be in.

Yea, most tickets I see on stub hub only list row and section. However, for this pair of tickets they actually list the seats and it is the exact same set of tickets listed on broadway box (row O, seats 26-2
but stub hub is $30 more for the pair.
When you click on purchase on broadwaybox it just says row O even though the previous screen said seats 26-28.

I haven't checked but I doubt there are any discounts at this time, so buy direct at the box office or Ticketmaster. Hamiltononbroadway.com will take you there. Their fees are high IMO, but you're not paying a broker, you don't ever want to use a broker.

Thanks for the reply. I know there aren't discounts out there (there aren't even tickets). However, BroadwayBox also has a resale/marketplace section similar to stubhub.
I have to do resale because I didn't know I was going to be in town (mid-August). I'm kind of stuck if I want to see the show.

Can't you just win the $10 front row lottery?

lol yes that was the original plan until reality kind of sank in a little further

On each show page there is a blue box that says Find Marketplace Tickets (under the discount section if any) and you enter date and time.
However, I just went with StubHub because as I got farther into the BWBox order process (which kicks you over to TicketsNow) they added a truckload of fees.
At least StubHub displays the final prices after all the fees are added to it
