I'm sad to see it go. Anyone who hasn't seen it, should really run out and get a ticket. It is an amazing peice.
So sad. This is an incredible piece of theatre.
I agree. Everyone -- please, go see this before it closes.
It is so memorable.
Loved it at the Fringe last year. It truly is fantastic. A bit too short for the ticket prices they're charging at the Zipper, but worth it in the end.
Go if you get the chance.

I really want to see this. Hopefully it will come back to Canada so I can have a chance!
Oh! I was supposed to see this on Sept. 6 !
That's the next time I will be in NYC for a weekend! My mom is coming from LA to visit my sisters in Queens! I am looking forward to see this ~supposed to be my 1st off-broadway show this season

I don't think we should pay for theatre by the minute. We should pay for the impact. This show has a TON of impact.
Some might remember that I had posted before my disappointment with the show and said it did little for me -- or the bulk of the rest of the audience that night. Some strong "disagreement" took place here. But I had also mentioned that the show was only about 65 minutes long total instead of the 90 minutes they said it would be. I have since found out that yes indeed approximately 20 minutes of the show WAS left out. Apparently they've skipped big chunks several times -- but my night must have been the worst, which also explains a couple of very awkward and pregnant pauses. So that certainly explains why I felt so much of it made no sense, was not "justified", or failed to impress. And it also explains why a few of the points people were making regarding the "plot" seemed completely unfamiliar to me.

When I saw Bash'd it was only about 60 minutes long, but the story seemed complete and without gaps. Does this mean I didn't see a full version?
The show has never been 90 minutes. It's closer to 65/70.
I have no desire to rehash any debate over this show with you, Patash.

I apologize for misquoting times before. We were told it was 75 minutes long, not 90. It was 65 minutes long the night we saw it from the first note to the end of curtain calls.
I'm sorry to see a wonderfully different and innovative show close, even though it happened not to be my cup of tea.
