Yes I know they exist, but my theater company didnt get them for whatever reason, and so I want to know where I can find them, anyhelp would be appreciated

Only legal method would be to get them from Tams-Witmark.
Begin at the beginning and go on till you come to the end: then stop.

What is a guerilla production. My theater company got the rights to Birdie from Tams, but for some reason they did not send the band parts

they probably didn't specifically request them.
