Hi! I don't know if this is considered "off topic" or not. So I'm sorry if anyone get annoyed by it.
I was wondering if anyone has a digital copy of the Libretto of "Bye Bye Birdie" they would be willing to send me.

Maybe no one is responding because emailing a digital copy of a libretto is illegal. It is copywright infringement.

Why not ask for bootleg videos while you're at it?

What Jon said. You can order a 'perusal' copy from Tams Whitmark....for either free or a nominal fee. They are pretty quick.
