Is it just my computer?...or is the message board at that OTHER place finally (as long promised) gone, kaput, fini.

And here comes the mass exodus of the remainders to this site????

Or like a vampire, will the old message board dance again?

But running slowly for a change. Still has that horrible security pop-up every time. They should have gotten some of you guys from the web site thread to help them out. I think this is a better place.

I had been away from the other board for a week or so, and totally by accident read a post referring to the closing and the switch that many members were making to this site.
I feel badly for others that did not have the chance to realize that the other board was really heading for an end. And I want to thank Rob for this amazing effort and such a great result.

Thanks for the link King Stevos - just for curiosity tried it (just for curiosity tried it five times)...doesn't seem to work at this point. Is anyone able to get to the old place through that link?

Then again, should anybody even want to bother?

Message Board is Still There

Yes, I just tried the link and the Message Board still appears to be operating, although its traffic flow has slowed.

I still do not think it will go away permanently. My guess is it will remain relatively dormant for awhile and then reactivate.

My perfect day would begin at on the beach in Hana, Maui and end at a Broadway Musical.

the board is still in operation. Though most of the people have jumped ship -- there are a few (myself included) who are still checking it out/posting. It has definitely slowed down -- me thinks it's gonna be gone for good soon.

If you've still got it bookmarked, it works. Unfortunately, I am at school and not allowed to have bookmarks on the computers here so I have to wait til I get home. However, I like this board MUCH better.
