Personally, I found the new 42nd Street cast album underwhelming. The addition of "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" was bizarre and I found myself thinking the whole time that I'd rather be listening to the Broadway cast recording. I actually did listen to the Broadway revival cast album afterward. I also think it's odd to not even mention Dear Evan Hansen, even if it was just to say you didn't like it. It was still a major release for 2017 that could have been acknowledged. I agree with the inclusion of Sunday in the Park with George and I was glad to see Holiday Inn on the list as well since I think that album and show has been largely overlooked. I really enjoyed it. Thanks for the list!
