What has become of "Catch Me If You Can". Leo and Aaron seem to be venturing into new things and there has been little or no buzz or talk. Were the folks in Seattle the only theater goers lucky enough to see this piece. I was hoping for it to come to NY with that exciting cast intact... Anyone one have any inside info?

I also heard the show would test in Toronto, perhaps as part of the Mirvishes next subscription season. If anybody reads this, think of coming up to our Stratford Festival next season for John Doyle's Kiss Me Kate and Gary Griffin's Evita. This year's musicals, West Side Story and Forum, were fantastic.

The interview with Aaron Tveit I linked below seems to indicate Toronto is the next stop, perhaps sometime this summer or fall.

The Toronto try-out rumour started when David Rockwell (designer) told a Toronto theatre critic in an interview that "he'd probably be coming to Toronto soon for the out-of-town tryout of his new musical Catch Me If You Can."
