Posted: 4/27/11 at 10:41amWow, why are there so many this year? I have trouble seeing anyone other than Sutton and Nick Adams picking up these awards. MAAAAAAYBE Daniel Radcliffe as a long shot, but I feel like it's going to be Sutton and Nick. Choreography will unjustly go to Kathleen Marshall.

Posted: 4/27/11 at 11:26pmYes, Karen Olivo won in 2008. But if it makes you feel any better, PalJoey, she won for In the Heights - not West Side Story.

Posted: 4/27/11 at 11:52pmWait, I'm sorry but why was Rachel de Benedet nominated? Does she has much dancing at all in Catch Me? I saw it in Seattle and unless I'm forgetting a big scene, when does she dance besides a little bit early in the second act?

Wow, I enjoyed the show a lot, but I only very vaguely remember it. Granted, I saw it a few weeks ago, but still.
WAIT, I was thinking of the wrong character. No wonder I didn't recall. Yes I remember. I liked it.

Posted: 4/28/11 at 9:43amLooks like everyone was nominated for this award except Christopher Gattelli for Women on The Verge. Snub?

Posted: 4/28/11 at 9:59amThe fact that Bloody Bloody was nominated and Women on the Verge wasn't is a joke. The "Lovesick" choreography alone is worthy of a nomination. It's a great twist on the classic tango.

Posted: 4/28/11 at 10:44amI found the choreography in WOMEN ON THE VERGE to be, like most of the other production aspects, distracting and unnecessary.
