Wow, why are there so many this year? I have trouble seeing anyone other than Sutton and Nick Adams picking up these awards. MAAAAAAYBE Daniel Radcliffe as a long shot, but I feel like it's going to be Sutton and Nick. Choreography will unjustly go to Kathleen Marshall.
Josh Gad? Really?!
IS this the award Karen Olivo won?
Yes, Karen Olivo won in 2008. But if it makes you feel any better, PalJoey, she won for In the Heights - not West Side Story.
Wait, I'm sorry but why was Rachel de Benedet nominated? Does she has much dancing at all in Catch Me? I saw it in Seattle and unless I'm forgetting a big scene, when does she dance besides a little bit early in the second act?
She dance in 'Don't Be a Stranger'
Wow, I enjoyed the show a lot, but I only very vaguely remember it. Granted, I saw it a few weeks ago, but still.
WAIT, I was thinking of the wrong character. No wonder I didn't recall. Yes I remember. I liked it.

And WONDERLAND gets it's first award nomination of the season!
Looks like everyone was nominated for this award except Christopher Gattelli for Women on The Verge. Snub?
The fact that Bloody Bloody was nominated and Women on the Verge wasn't is a joke. The "Lovesick" choreography alone is worthy of a nomination. It's a great twist on the classic tango.
I found the choreography in WOMEN ON THE VERGE to be, like most of the other production aspects, distracting and unnecessary.
