COMPANY mention on The View today

I heard Rosie talked about the show this morning. Did anyone see? What did she say?

All she did was hold up the program, and they showed some footage (looked like it was from the commercial). She said something about Raul starring and that she has heard it's brilliant but hasn't seen it yet, and everyone in the audience got tickets. Nothing really earth shattering...I got excited and ran to the TV when I heard her say "Raul Esparza" thinking there was going to be a performance I hadn't heard about, but sadly no.

Said she hasn't seen it and gave away tkts.

The clip looked like half time at a football game.

Heh, she's probably too busy seeing Spring Awakening over and over. re: COMPANY mention on The View today

Kidding. I think it's great that she's so supportive.

Was there a reason she mentioned it, or it was just out of the blue? Seems kinda random. It would be great if they did a performance on the show at some point.

It was random, but felt like it was maybe leading up to a performance, after she sees it.

Rosie's always been a great supporter of Broadway. This was evident when she had her own talk show back in the day. I'm sure she'll go ape **** over Raul as well. I'm just sayin'...
"I'm learning to dig deep down inside and find the truth within myself and put that out. I think what we identify with in popular music more than anything else is when someone just shares a truth that we can relate to. That's what I'm searching for in my music." - Ron Bohmer
