Great price to see this cast perform this show. Im sure they will extend into June.
Was super curious when Slater would come back to NYC and now I am beyond excited for this show. Can't wait till May

Oh my GOD. I didn't think I could get more excited for this. Feel very glad I invested in a CSC membership and have great seats secured already.

Thanks for making me more anxious
Will this sell out faster than the Little Shop extension?
I doubt it, there are no major stars attached like Groff. It will sell well, I am going to wait until they extend it so I can get excellent seats.

Slater is a great choice. I actually had him in this very part when I made a dreamcast for the next production (nobody else in that dreamcast is in this one). Very interested for who’ll play The Proprietor. I’d love Patrick Page to do it. If Hadestown has taught us anything, the man is exceptional at hitting low notes and riling up crowds of people to take part in unjust causes. However, I’m guessing he wouldn’t get out of his Hadestown contract in time, and I’d be sad to see him exit the show. I seriously wonder who they’d get to replace him as it’s hard to think of performers who are both capable of hitting such inhumanly low notes while also having the acting chops to do the role. They’ll probably raise the keys for the next actor.
Moving back to Assassins, I’m so excited for this production. This is a very talented group of people and I’m sure they’ll knock it out of the park. I’m really interested in Uranowitz and Swenson’s performances. When I first saw who they were, I thought the article mixed up their parts, and I recall at least one other person had the same idea. It’s hard to see them in those parts, but they’re both pros, so I have faith in their ability to play against type.
Just got my tickets for opening preview. Very excited to see my favorite Sondheim piece live again! Anyone else a bit surprised it didn't sell out faster?
