With new shows dropping like flies I wonder if Cabaret might just take one of the empty houses for another extention. Just thinking outload, I have no inside information.

That would be intersting but I also think that there are a bunch of shows that will jump skip and dance their way up the aisles to get dibs on a house.
Sure would be great if Cabaret could move and extend. It's the best show currently running. I went in September for what I thought would be the last time. But, I got a chance to see it again on Sunday with Adam Pascal. He was fantastic, second only to Alan Cumming. What a brilliant show!

But remember, the reason Urinetown is not moving is because of the expenses. To move Cabaret might be a lot of money.

Very true in the case of Urinetown but I do not think Cabaret is closing because of money. I think Roundabout just expected Cabaret to have run its course by now and it promised the theatre to Assassins. It has been around 75% consistently. Some shows kill for that number.
