I am dying to see Michael Cerveris take on the Emcee. Doubt that's ever gonna happen. Man, I'm so curious as to who they would actually cast.

Yes, that wouldn't surprise me.
As long as it's not Stamos or Secada. Thank God Stamost has that tv project. Perhaps now he will stay away from Broadway.

Posted: 3/24/05 at 5:49pmI have the Original Cast Recording from the first London production back in the late 60's or early 70's. Judy Dench played Sally Bowles and she was terrific. I love the show, and I prefer the original version. It seemed to me to be much more powerful than the latest revival. Just an opinion...

The latest Broadway revival closed only a few years ago...if it does transfer here I think it would set a record for the shortest amount of time between two revivals of the same show.
I doubt very highly that it will transfer.
