The musical CAMELOT has an extremely long playing time in its original form. That means that cuts are frequently made to bring it in at a reasonable time. As a result, the Enchanted Forest of Morgan Le Fey is often eliminated from the show. The same goes with the songs "Fie on Goodness" and "Take Me To The Fair".
I've been in two productions of CAMELOT and both retained the Morgan Le Fey sequence. Oddly enough I played a tree in the forest in both productions. Maybe that's because I give wooden performances.

In the original script, she has a gorgeous solo: "Follow Me".

"Follow Me" is sung by a nymph or something, named Nimue. It's been a gazillion years since I've sat through a production of Camelot, so I don't remember what else that character does, if anything.
Is there any other show that has as great a score as Camelot that is as difficult to sit through?
