Hi addict. There are probably easier ways, but this is what I do:

1. I open a free account at a photo-hosting site. (Mine is Photobucket, http://photobucket.com/ , but I'm sure there are others out there.

2. I find photos on the web or I scan some from home and save them in a file on my hard disk. You are usually given a file under "My Documents" called "My Pictures". You can put them there, or in a new file you create, or anywhere else you want.

3. I also have some photo processing software that allows me to adjust the size of the photos I post. I try to keep them within the size of one of these messages. I don't like it when they come out so big that they expand the whole board. That's just me though.

4. AT ANY RATE (LOL) once you have your photo on your hard disk, then go to your photobucket account. There a simple little menu in "MY ALBUM" for uploading your photo. Just click on the button that says 'Browse'. A window will open into your hard disk. Just move through it until you find your pic. You can just double click on it if you want. The link to that pic will now appear on that upload window in Photobucket. After it does, just click on the button that says "Submit". After it uploads, you'll see a thumbnail size copy of your pic with 3 different 'addresses' listed underneath it. Just highlight the top address (Url) and paste it into your message here on the board. If all works right, it'll appear in your message! You can double check it before posting by clicking on the 'preview' button first.
