I know when I saw "And The World Goes 'Round" I had to provide a reason for the viewing, which was I was musical director for a production. No one asked, I think it was just a part of the form I filled out. Nothing was verified as to whether my statements were true. That was several years ago, so policies may have changed.

you can buy "Fosse". Not sure about "Dancin'". I know "Fosse" was filmed onstage in Canada.

boatsintheghetto, it's called the Library of Congress and you have to have special permission as a researcher to view materials there.
