This is the official policy:

All TodayTix sales are final and non-refundable.
If you've made a mistake in your order: Please call us immediately at +1 (855) 464-9778 [USA] or +44 800 802 1403 [UK].
If you can't make the show: Unfortunately, we cannot refund your order. However, sometimes the box office will honor unused tickets on the day of another performance, based on availability and at the box office's discretion. Please contact us for more information"
