Lies on the West Coast. Producers are 'trying' to mount Caroline, or Change in late October in LA for 8 weeks - and then to San Fran for a four week engagement.

When I went to see COC (which was AMAZING by the way re: Caroline's future ), I met Tonya and asked her about her plans after the show closes. She mentioned that she is doing a few lectures and concert dates at Lincoln Center. So, I dont think she'd be involved if its true... re: Caroline's future

For those in Toronto, anyone like the idea of CanStage putting on a production of "Caroline", and that Jackie Richardson could do it? She might be a little old for the role, but if there's an African Canadian star performer who could pull it off, it's her. She received rave reviews for "Cookin' at the Cookery," so this could be another star vehicle for her.

Of course, I'm only dreaming, but what a dream.
