Yup, it's that time again. cast the idols!

I could definately see Melinda singing on Bway, if she can act. LaKisha and Jordin as well. Not too sure where to place them.
I can't really place any other girl. As for the guys, Sanjaya would make an awesome usher or ticket taker.

Megan Mullally as Karen Walker on Will and Grace: "Tell me more. Tell me more. Like does he have a car?"

Melinda could be a killer Lutiebelle in "Purlie" if she has the upper belt range (although I'm sure anyone to play that part in this day and age wouldn't sing alot of the freakish notes that only Melba Moore possesses the ability to sing.)

Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
Tony Kushner: You can sing it at my funeral.

Jordin can sing rock and has a powerful voice, I could see her doing almost any show from Rent to Les Miz

Especially after this week, I think Jordan could pull off either Eponine or Fantine in Les Mis. She is one of my favorites this year, I really liked her "I Who Have Nothing" this week.

i could see melinda as celie in the color purple, lakisha as either effie in dreamgirls or sophia in the color purple. or maybe even motormouth maybelle in hairspray? phil stacey could make a very interesting roger in rent.

I agree about Jordin. I TOTALLY H8TED Lakisha's song last week. Jordin really stole the show. It's funny. I almost called Lakisha "La-kinish-a" the other day.
