True to form, Cathy's new production of Peter Pan will play her La Mirada Theatre June 1-24. Just received their 2011-2012 Season Brochure in the mail. It's official!

And you people give Streisand grief for wanting to play Rose. Really?? Cathy Rigby is STILL playing the boy that won't grow up?? Almost as bad as senior citizen Ted Neeley continuing to play a 33 year old Jesus.

Oh God... I saw Ted Neeley in Jesus Chirst Superstar. It was PAINFUL.

I like the new(ish) artwork. I love Cathy in the role so I don't mind that she continues to play it. I'm just curious to know if this will, indeed, be an all new production as it was originally announced or if they're just going to use the same sets and costumes again.

The first sizzle reels that i have seen, obviously, use the footage from the 1997 tour, but they also tout this tour as reuniting the creative team and proclaim the show as the award winning production that has been seen around the world, so...

and Rigby WAS a great Pan. Now, she just makes me horribly sad and is cringe inducing. I'll only see this for Hewitt and Crosby.. unless they have some other great casting. But I would much rather see a Rigby understudy. She was painful in 2005

Oh God... I saw Ted Neeley in Jesus Christ Superstar. It was PAINFUL.

Both of y'all need to go to hell (no pun intended). His wrinkled old ass was fabulous, pushing out a G6 eight times a week. Rumor: he'll be back as Judas... in Godspell. And not Davenport's either. More to follow as it develops.
