I'd like to see how this measures up against the Broadway cruise price-wise. Both are 7 Day cruises to Bermuda. I wish pricing was listed because I don't much feel like emailing/calling.

Sounds great. My family did a 5 day cruise to Bermuda several years ago (Royal Caribbean) and loved it.

Wonder if they're not answering anyone who used Diana Goodman as the contact name.

EDIT: They did get back! The prices range from $948 to about $1500 with all the fun stuff they said you get in the email.

The info I got back is not complete. The chick who is organizing it does not seen to have her **** together. Disappointed with the response I got. Incomplete info on cost, who is one what cruise and the dates. feel free to call the number. Maybe they are better organized now. But there is no way I am spending $1000's on a cruise and you can not put together a simple email with who and when, where and how much. Will wait for the next round of cruises..

Just found out today that the Broadway Cruise is going to New England and Canada in October 2014. This interests me less than a Bermuda cruise in the summer. I may look into this one.

I didn't hear anything about these cruises until June - they should have hyped them earlier because I most likely would have taken the Bermuda cruise with Alice Ripley. Yeah, they didn't really have their stuff together with what they sent me re pricing either and they didn't advertise the cruises much - hope someone who actually went on one of the cruises can report back as to how unique cruising with 54 Below was.

I registered through the page and we'll see what happens. The pricing is listed on the page now and a Veranda cabin is cheaper than an inside cabin on this year's Broadway Cruise. Moneywise it seems like the better option so far. I'm waiting to see what sort of dates they announce for 2014 (if they continue this past September).

ETA: I just made my way over to the Celebrity Website and learned something new. This is not a "Studio 54 Cruise" where you'd all be in one group like on The Broadway Cruise or The Playbill Cruise. The Studio 54 nightclub is available to ALL cruisers. So, you don't even have to book through that website. As long as you're on the Celebrity Summit you can go to the shows. AND the Studio 54 site doesn't show inside cabins where the Celebrity Website does.

The Broadway Cruise sailed out of New York yesterday. Just in time for Tropical Storm Chantel to form near Barbados. They probably won't see the actual storm but I still feel a little bad for them since they may see some rain/rough seas because of it.

I emailed on July 5 and have yet to get any sort of response - I even checked my spam. So, I went over their heads and contacted Celebrity myself.

As of this moment there is no plan to continue the 54 Below concerts past this year. If they're successful that could certainly change. But the vibe I got was more of a "don't count on it".

I am not surprised. They really didn't give much notice and the info I requested from them was so incomplete as to who was on what cruise and how much. Very disappointing. I LOVE 54 Below. They usually have great service.

Alice seemed to have a good time and posted a video of her singing with a pianist while shipgoers walked in front of the camera. She was lovely, though.

Personally, I'm always wary of any company that doesn't provide a phone number on their website. Why don't they want to talk to you?

I sent an email to Celebrity through their website saying that I hope they continue this and pointed out some of the issues with JMC. If this isn't a success the finger can only be pointed at JMC for not announcing this sooner and not answering emails or answering them without the info asked for. I'm sure it was 54 Below and not Celebrity who hired JMC but maybe if they knew about these sort of issues something could be changed.

Maybe we should just say "Screw these guys and have a BWW cruise" :)

That was the cruise I was interested in. They gave like 2 weeks notice (not sure on the actual amount of time, but it was not much to make plans to go) that it was happening. I am wondering how many people actually went from 54 Below.
