War Horse in June 2012... I hope this means it will tour in 2012-2013.

AMAZING season.

Kudos to Center Theater Group...this is certainly there best season yet.

CB4 - are you kidding? They've got a brand new revival directed by Bartlett Sher, a brand new musical, American Idiot and National Theater's War Horse...

Tremendous season...cant wait!

Sounds like a pretty solid season to me! I guess this means that Funny Girl will have a late March/ early April Broadway opening right in time for Tony Season. Any word on Brice casting? Is it rumored that they'll go for an unknown?

I'm sorry, but the Ahmanson got 2 new musical try-outs, while Pantages got some interesting at best mass tours and 3 shows that they have already had. I am really excited for the Ahmanson season.

I like that the Ahmanson does different shows. It's not always the same old season. They do a really good job of booking a wide range of shows instead of bringing back Wicked or Mamma Mia! for the up-tenth time.

I agree with everyone except CB4Ever. This is a great season with a lot of variety. I am so excited for Funny Girl and Bring it On. 2 Broadway bound musicals is great news.

Fifty bucks says Funny Girl is trying out at the Ahmanson to accommodate Lea Michele.

The thought crossed my mind. The theatre is accessible to Paramount where she films Glee.
