Re: THE UNBELIEVERS (Off-Broadway) MTC
I really enjoyed this at Royal Court last year with Nichola Walker directed by Marianne Elliot. Huge Nick Payne fan here - Constellations being one of my favorite plays Would love to see this version.

Re: Andrew Scott at Studio Seaview (Oct. '26) VANYA return? Sea Wall?
super strategic work on the part of andrew's team - remind folks what a powerhouse performance you are giving in Vanya just in time for Awards Season. I hear Elisonore is excellent.
Re: The Unbelievers at MTC
Really enjoyed this play at Royal Court last Fall. Different production but I certainly would make this a must see.
Re: Paul Giamatti, John Turturro, and Tatiana Maslany to star in Ionesco’s RHINOCEROS at the A.R.T., dir. Diane Paulus.
I think tonight was the first performance. Anyone get the chance to check it out or over the weekend? I am going to be in Boston in a couple of weeks and snagged tickets right when the first press release came out. - cannot wait for this show. Also. just read talk of Turturro for a possible Oscar nom this year for his new movie. That part is exciting. Watching Diane Paulus fan here too
BLACK SWAN and WONDER world premiere musicals and more set for American Repertory Theatre
co-sign this. Fully enjoyed its theatricality, dancing, some songs and performances. I would put this in the must see column.
Paranormal Activity Ready to Spook Broadway
For those that have seen - where would you recommend to sit? I heard one doesn't want to be too close.
Paranormal Activity - Boston
Exactly. will keep my eye on TodayTIx or if I get some promo codes... For those that have seen the show - is best seating really from the balcony?
Paranormal Activity Ready to Spook Broadway
The pre Broadway run in Boston is not selling and it is surprising that ATG is not sending out discount codes
Paranormal Activity - Boston
Have heard nothing but good things about the show out of London and LA. I am going to be in Boston in a few weeks where it is playing a pre-Broadway run - I tried multiple times using a discount code I got but it wouldn't work - this show is NOT selling - there are so many seats available and it is so frustrating that ATG discount code won't work. ATG needs to reward their customer base better by creating discount codes that actually work (FEAR99 did not work) or this will be playing to an em...
Black Swan - ART
The show was really well done. I wasn't sure what to expect - a Dance Thriller? I had seen the film when it came out and remember thinking how bonkers it all was - and of course Natalie Portman's performance. I have never witnessed such phenomenal dancing on stage - lean, precise, tight, sexy. There are a few numbers in Act One that have that magic - great music, acting, stagecraft and direction. Act Two I think needs some tightening up for sure - but fully enjoyable. Taylor Iman is a force -...
Black Swan - ART
Really looking forward to this - just the billing alone - a Dance Thriller - has me more than intrigued. Plus Dave Malloy. Looks like from IG there was a preview or dress last night. Anyone go? So curious - have a ticket regardless. I love me some ART. If anyone has been, I would imagine seats in the middle might make the most sense since it's so dance heavy but curious. and...big question- runtime.

Sweaty Oracle: The Conspiracy to Buy Broadway?
how about that Trump bootlicker SHARI REDSTONE (you know who cozied up to Trump so the Ellisons could buy CBS + Paramount)That horrible human should not be receiving any votes and not to be welcomed into this community. She I believe produced CATS (one of my faves of the season) and Giant. it is because of HER that CBS/PARAMOUNT are MAGA Why is this old crypt keeper being given a pass - and what is her co-producer thinking Broadway has become a disgusting industry with the likes of Roths, Ned...

THE BALUSTERS Reviews
an absolute delight. one of my favorite shows of this season and many others come to think of it
Why are audiences so poorly behaved these days?
The other night at a show, I arrive to my seat to find a woman sitting in it. No big deal, folks make mistakes all the time. When the usher moved her to the next seat, her correct seat, I smiled a friendly hello and then this woman gave me daggers with her eyes. Okay fine, she wasn't friendly. Then, in then maybe 20 min she whips out her phone and starts filming it. I was SO annoyed that one she would do that (especially when there was an announcement made at the start of the show - and it's ...
THE BALUSTERS Reviews
damn these tickets are SO expensive for not having a big star attached. The reviews certainly have me interested but the prices are so high. Friedman isn't one of my favorite theaters on top of having to spend close to big celeb star money on a play...sigh
Roundabout 26-27 Season: The Full Monty, The Heart, & More
For anyone on the fence or even if you don't live in the Tri State area, I recommend getting a subscription. Even if one or two shows don't fully speak to you - the price per ticket is a major deal. I think for both ROCKY and FALLEN ANGLES I paid approximately $65 a ticket. Def worth it.
THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW Previews
Caught this last week and thought it was a really enjoyable. My reference point for the film is next to nothing. Only went once to a Midnight Screenings when I was in high school - and grew up watching the video for Time Warp on MTV...So expectations were low.Fully enjoyed myself. There were minimal callbacks but they all worked and the cast repsonded quite well. Also, that cast is next level. God, I love Rachel Dratch so much. Luke Evans is truly giving a performance for the ages hereI recal...
