Changing Dates of Tickets

I feel really stupid right now. I just bought a bunch of tickets to War Horse when my family comes in July and somehow managed to purchase tickets for the day of the wedding that everyone's coming in for. Has anyone had any experience changing tickets? I literally would keep the exact same seats, same price, number of tickets and everything but would rather do the day before.

Should I call the box office? Will they be accommodating?

Did you purchase them at the box office? Did you just buy them today? Can you go to the box office in person tomorrow? They MIGHT be willing to switch them. I had a similar instance when I purchased tix from Telecharge, and I realized my mistake about 2 minutes after I purchased them. They checked my buying history and were willing to change the tix since there was no other similar circumstances -- and "warned me" they wouldn't do it for me again.

It can't hurt to try!

I bought them through Telecharge...do I call them or the box office? Fingers are crossed.

I've been buying Broadway tickets for 15 years and have never done something so stupid but maybe that will help my case?

Call them, anytime there is an issue with tickets you go to the source from which you purchased them.

Be humble, be polite -- it might just work!

I've changed ticket dates. Call Telecharge and explain what happened. I've found them very helpful and very accomodating. It doesn't hurt to be very nice on the phone - don't be demanding and just ask if they can help you. Good luck.

Call them, you may not get the same exact seats but as long as they have seats available they will usually help you out.

In case anyone was wondering I called Telecharge and they were very accommodating and switched the tickets at no charge!
