It is with great sadness that the West End hears of the passing of Charles Shrivell in truly tragic circumstances.
An incredibly talented guy who stared in many West End musicals, national tours and cabaret.
His Mary Sunshine in the original cast of the current 'Chicago' revival will be fondly remembered.
Other shows he will be remembered for are 'Phantom Of The Opera', 'Miss Saigon', 'Les Miserables', 'Out Of The Blue' and 'Carousel'.
He was also a founder member of The WestEnders, a group of singers who performed songs from the shows in one nighters across the UK for the last 10 years.
His TV work included 'Doctors' and 'Brush Strokes'.
He will be greatly missed.
