If you have a pop-up blocker, try turning it off.

Thanks...I think I have one, but this is a new computer and I'm unsure of how the things works. Oh well, thanks anyway!

you probably do have a pop up block as BroadwayDiva said..it easier when you click on the chat room to just hit Ctrl and C at the sametime and it will let it pop up.
