Posted: 4/9/05 at 3:51pmIS there a way I can get cheap (or at least tickets for less) to Little Women, Ave Q, or Phantom and not have to wait in the cancelation line or enter the lotto? Thanks.

Posted: 4/9/05 at 3:56pmLittle Women doesn't have a lotto. Go to the box office when it opens (at 10) and you can buy rush seats (front side orchestra, I think) for $30. Phantom has SRO when they sell out, I think.

Posted: 4/9/05 at 4:16pmon Broadwaybox.com when it says "expired" and then the date. Does that mean you have to see the show BEFORE that expire day, or you have to buy the tickets before the expire date?

Posted: 4/9/05 at 4:18pmWhen you read them, they'll say "good for performances through" or "order tickets by," and that's how you can tell. If it says "expired" next to the code on the webpage, you can't use it anymore.

there are always coupon codes for phantom lurking around somewhere for broadwayoffers.com ($45-55 orch tickets). you can search for discount codes for free online or look on ebay for them. they're usually $2-5 and if the seller is reliable it's a good way to go. a lot of coupon codes say "only rows H-P" etc but i found if i look for tickets a month or a few weeks ahead of time i can get up to the first 5 rows center orch with the codes.

ANYONE RUSH TICKETS Seats are available each day at the theatre box office for $21.25 each. Tickets are sold lottery style - when the box office opens 3 hours before each show. Front Row !
Cards will be available starting at 5:30pm for 8pm shows, 11:30am for the 2pm matinees and 5pm for the 7pm shows. Cards will be placed in a container. Daily drawings will be held at 6pm for 8pm shows, 12 Noon for the matinees and at 5:30pm for the 7pm shows. After the names have been drawn, the eligible ticket buyers will line up at the box office window to show proper identification and buy their ticket(s). After the lottery, no more $21.25 tickets will be available for that performance.
