Chenowith's note

I thought this was kind of touching to see how she DOES care for her fans. This also gives a reason for her many absences.

re: Chenowith's note

That was sweet of her to write that message. It seemed very sincere.

It was nice of her to address her fans with an explanation. And I agree that she does sound sincere.

It was nice that she addressed her fans, after avoiding those that wait at the stage door after all these months.

But the follow up messages were the really good part. "Oh my god, if you are reading this you are amazing!"

She must be able to read. Unless she learned Wicked phonetically.

Although it is generally thought that Kristen is the diva out of the cast of Wicked, I have heard that she really IS a genuinely sweet person and that out of the Wicked leading ladies, she's not the diva-esque one.

Carole was so funny after the show. She had on this pea green bonnet thing, and she looked so cute. I wanted to hug her because she was so grandmother-ish. She's so different without her huge wig and makeup.

How dare you even kid around about Carole, Bulldog!

I like the note, so don't take this posting as a statement against that.

HOWEVER--that is not the reason she goes out that side door! She has done that from the beginning! I personally think it's wrong to do that to fans, but it's her choice and she has made it. I do know people who have stopped her and she has been nice, but she doesn't want to be stopped. Simple as that.

When I saw the show, she came right out the stage door and was very friendly and talkative. She took photos, signed autographs, and stopped to talk to some kids who recognized her from "Annie".

My friends who have seen the show also said she came out and signed for all who were waiting. So I guess she hasn't "always" done it..........
