"Casting has been announced for MCC Theater's upcoming production of Alexander Dinelaris' Still Life, which will kick off the company's 2009-2010 season Sept. 16 at the Lucille Lortel Theatre.
Directed by Will Frears, the cast- according to the company's official website- will feature Dominic Chianese ('The Sopranos'), Halley Feiffer, Ian Kahn, Tony Award winner Adriane Lenox, Kelly McAndrew, Sarah Paulson, Matthew Rauch, Frederick Weller.
Performances continue to Nov. 1.
'With her star on the rise, photographer Carrie Ann inexplicably shuts down at the pinnacle of her career,' according to MCC. 'Lost, and afraid to even pick up a camera, her sudden descent is interrupted by a whirlwind romance with Jeff, a trend analyst who becomes determined to help her move on, even while facing his own dark future...'"

Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.

I really hope Lenox's health problems have been resolved. I hope she is able to finally return to the stage. Pretty neat cast.
