So you know how Brooke Shields has managed to make a CD of shows she replaced (Grease, Wonderful Town) - well why not make a CD of "Chicago" with some of the replacements?
Now that a replacement is Tony recognized category, they should get a CD too, eh?
Wouldn't necessarily want to hear Brooke, but maybe:
- Karen Ziemba
- Amy Spanger & Michael Hall
- Liza (from the original)
- Jennifer Holliday as Matron
- Caroline O'Connor
- Brent Barrett
- Greg Jbara
- Melanie Griffith (just for curiousity)

I rather just have a studio recording of the full score.
And though d'Amboise is great. I don't think anyone can beat the lady who the entire was created for and constructed around - Gwen Verdon.

I think I just died a little at the fact that you actually wanted Melanie Griffith recorded as Roxie.
Im going to pretend I didnt just read that cause you're making baby Jesus cry!
