I'm currently only 17, but I've often thought that I would like to name my children after characters from great Shakespearian(sp?) plays. Especially Ophelia, Desdemona or Juliet if I ever have a daughter in the very distant future or Benedick, Antony or Sebastian for boys. I should probably consider the fates of the characters in the plays before bestowing some poor child with a name that is associated with murder or suicide!
Also, interesting that someone would name their child after a character who is a stripper! I guess that would also be a situation under which the fates of the characters must be considered.
"This is what I trained to do, and this is what I love about theater. What I love about being an actress is being able to really look into myself and understand another human being. And out my own self, to shape and form and fashion a real human being--and to present that in such a way that people see something of themselves or their own understanding in that human being."
