I ran a search but couldn't find anything that was really helping me.

Alright, I'm gonna be up in the city most likely Sept 29-Oct. 1 and a friend of mine says she already has her ticket's for Oct. 1 to see Chorus Line.

Would those dates be previews? I'm just really confused right now...

OK OK, opening night is October 5th. But by October 1st, it should be frozen for the press. So you should be fine.

And, frankly, given that this revival is pretty much an exact replica of the original where no significant changes to the text, staging or music (aside from some tweaks in the orchestrations) are being made, it's more or less frozen now in San Francisco. The only real difference between the show today and in October will be that perhaps some of the performances will have grown and gotten more solid.

I'm seeing it Oct. 12. Can't wait!!!

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
