So I saw her concert tonight---unbelievable! So funny, so entertaining, and of course that voice was amazing. The audience was not so great (lots of very old people, who come out of duty to the synagogue, falling asleep as usual, never matters who or what they are seeing with this crowd) but she was great. She sang very few recognizable songs, which I know turns off a lot of people but I love it, bc you can get anyone to sing the same-old famous songs well, but few can do the unknown songs and make them as wonderful as she can. She was also SO NICE afterwards, she listened as I gushed incoherently over her, and took pictures with anyone who wanted. yay!
