No, that's not the right one. The opening number for this musical is either "The Prince is Giving a Ball" or "The Sweetest Sounds".

I think it will be deemed a revival, but Doug will be eligible.

However, depending on how the rest of the season is the producers could probably attempt to get it deemed a new musical (obviously not eligible for best score). I doubt they'd go that way just because it would ruffle feathers for no reason, especially since it would be marketed as "R&H's."

It's funny the joke Sondheim made about "The Gerswins' Porgy and Bess" just in case you'd confuse it with Hart's Porgy and Bess. In THIS case, there are multiple versions.
